The current Mach1 racing kart for all racing classes.
The Zelos is our current top chassis for all racing classes: as Zelos K for Junior and Senior, Zelos D for the Rotax DD2, Zelos Z for gearbox karts and Zelos G for endurance races with 4-stroke engines. It is the further development of the FIA5 and arrives pre-assembled with a bled brake.

Brake
The Hetschel-HRP brake system comes bled from the factory, and the chassis is delivered pre-assembled.
Adjusting
Vario steering with Sniper Adjusters for camber and caster, front stabiliser (Stabi 1+) and HRP VARIO NG pedals with footrest.
Frame and wheels
30 mm frame tube, HRP magnesium wheel stars and HRP "S" magnesium wheels 130/212.
Equipment
KG 509 bodywork in black with Mach1 sticker set, KG C3 rear impact protection, Mach1 M6 steering wheel (flat bottom) and Jecko seat in various sizes.

Zelos G: endurance (GTC)
The Zelos G is built like the Zelos K but has a 40 mm rear axle. It is made for endurance races with 4-stroke engines, for example in the GTC.

Frequently asked questions
Which Zelos variant suits which class?
The Zelos K for Junior and Senior in the gearless classes (OK, Rotax MAX, X30, ROK and more), the Zelos D exclusively for the Rotax DD2, the Zelos Z for gearbox engines and the Zelos G for endurance races with Honda 4-stroke engines (GX200, GX270, GX390 and sport versions), for example in the GTC.
How can the chassis of the Zelos be adjusted?
The steering is a Vario steering with Sniper Adjusters, plus a front stabiliser (Stabi 1+) and HRP VARIO NG pedals with footrest. You adjust camber and caster via the Sniper Adjusters.
Which engines and tyres are used in the Zelos?
Both depend on the regulations of the respective series. For engines we work with external tuners. You can buy the range of Rotax engines from us, as we are an official Rotax service partner.
What is the difference between the Zelos and the earlier FIA5?
The Zelos is the further development of the FIA5.
Do I have to bleed the brake of the Zelos before the first use?
No. The chassis is delivered pre-assembled and the brake is already bled.
Which seat do I get if I do not specify one when ordering?
For Zelos K, Z and D the Jecko White Soft C7 is included then. Available are Jecko Silver, White Soft, K-Model White Soft and K-Model Silver in various sizes. You state your choice in the comment field when ordering in the shop.
